How to Prevent Hypertension:
– Regular exercise
– Reduce dietary sugar

– Abstain from alcohol
Modern medication such as ACE inhibitors, ARB drugs, alpha blockers, beta blockers and diuretics works to reduce the BP which lowers the risk of suffering from the effects of hypertension.
